Questions for the Fellows' Sessions

Dear 2008 Fellow,

Welcome!

You have been selected as a Scottish Rite Fellow for the 2008Leadership Conferences for a special reason. You have already demonstrated leadership skills in your Valley and have been identified by your own Brethren as one of your Valley’s more dynamic and upcoming members. Congratulations!

The year 2008 Leadership Conference is your time to confer with other, more experienced Brethren. Together we hope you will build a program in your Valley based upon the Supreme Council’s Strategic Plan that will carry the Scottish Rite into its third century as America’s premier Masonic Body.

To achieve this, your participation in the Leadership Conference is essential. There will be a special Fellows’ Session on Friday evening, from7:30 pm – 9:00 pm and Saturday afternoon from 2:45-3:45 pm (location to be announced). Ill Ronald A. Seale, Sovereign Grand Commander, will moderate the Session.

New this year, we have created several web pages on our scottishrite.org web site so that you can keep in touch with the Fellows. See our website at: www.scottishrite.org/fellows for more information.

Make sure that we have a good email address for you. It is essential for you to be able to receive email communications from the Supreme Council.

Please take some time and go over the questions listed below prior to attending our sessions. By thoughtfully preparing written answers to these questions you will better prepare yourself for the discussions at the Fellows’ Session. The Grand Commander would like for you to turn in a printed version for his review. Please use a separate sheet of paper for your answers.

Questions for the Fellows’ Sessions

  • How do we make Scottish Rite more appealing to men that will become our leaders over the next 15 years?

  • How can we be more responsive to men your age?

  • How do we (Scottish Rite) adapt the Strategic Plan to work for new members?
