S & W Controls and Pride Sheetmetal have been contracted to work on the temperature control in the room. The old heating unit will be removed, and the museum room will have a new units installed which will protect the artifacts and keep them in a safe environment. In order to do this, David Knicley, of Pride Sheetmetal, has changed the supply and return duct work in the room. This will change the way air is circulated in the room. Mike Hanchulak has worked with the staff of S & W to install a two ton water source heat pump, a steam humidifier, a digital thermostat with a remote sensor and the control unit for the temperature.
