From the DC Convention Center:

Depart from the Mt. Vernon Square/UDC Metro Station, on the Green Line towards Branch Avenue. Arrive at the Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro Station, and get out to switch trains to the Red Line. Board the Red Line towards Shady Grove. Get off at the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Walk out of the “Q” Street exit. Walk 0.53 mile East to 1733 16th Street, NW.

From the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia:

Traveling from the Memorial, walk 0.28 mile East from the Memorial to the King Street Metro Station. Board the Yellow Line towards Mt. Vernon Square. Arrive at Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro Station. Get off train and switch trains to the Red Line. Board the Red Line train towards Shady Grove. Get off at the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Walk out of the “Q” Street exit. Walk 0.53 mile East to 1733 16th Street, NW.

From College Park, Maryland:

At the College Park/University of Maryland Metro Station, board the Green Line towards Branch Avenue. Get off at the Fort Totten Metro Station and switch trains to the Red Line. Board the Red Line train heading towards Grosvenor. Get off at the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Walk out of the “Q” Street exit. Walk 0.53 mile East to 1733 16th Street, NW.

From George Washington University:

Walk to the Foggy Bottom Metro Station. Depart on the Orange Line towards New Carrollton. Get off the train at Metro Center. Board the Red Line train heading towards Grosvenor. Get off at the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Walk out of the “Q” Street exit. Walk 0.53 mile East to 1733 16th Street, NW.
